Q- What process do you use in cleaning carpets?
Here at Sahagun Carpet Cleaning we use what is called hot water extraction. This method is what carpet manufacturers recommend when getting your carpets cleaned. Using the hot water method, our high grade equipment and specially formulated ecofriendly cleaning solution, removes any tough stain and dirt deep within the fibers of the carpet.
Q- How long will it take to clean my carpets?
Time can Varey depending on many factors like, the size of the room, how much furniture needs to be moved, level of how soiled the carpet is, and spot removal treatments.
Q- Do you move furniture when you clean carpets?
Yes, part of our cleaning process is moving all the furniture out of the cleaning area. Our technicians are professional and careful when moving your furniture. We suggest removing any objects like electronics, lamps, etc. After we are done with the area, our technicians will return all furniture to original location.
Q- How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
Typically, the carpet will take from 8 to 24 hours to fully dry. This is also very dependent on how dense the carpet is and how soiled the carpet was prior to treatment. We use fans while cleaning to help speed up the process. You can walk on your carpet after cleaning but suggest not wearing shoes.
Q- Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains I the carpet?
We do not guarantee that all spots or stains will be removed from the carpet. Depending on the substance that created the spot or stain, this could permanently damage and discolor the carpet fibers. Our technicians will try their best for removal and will inform the customers prior to starting, but they can’t always tell off the bat until they’ve attempted to clean the spot or stain.
Q- Do you deal with pet urine and odor elimination?
Yes, many of our customers have pets and with that comes accidents on the home carpet. We offer an additional treatment to help remove and eliminate bad odors from the carpet. Q- How do you clean area rugs?
For area rugs we use the same method as we do for carpet cleaning. We begin by using our high-powered hot water extraction method. By using this method, it ensures that the dirt and allergens imbedded deep within the rug’s fibers are removed.
